Rules and Regulation

​The membership of the society is open to my persons who has attained the age of majority and fulfill the terms and condition of the society. Without discrimination of the religion, caste, color or creed but the subject to the approval of the Governing Body of the society.

1. NAME OF THE SOCIETY The name of the society shall be:

4. REFUSAL: if the membership is not approved by the Governing Body of the society, the reason of refusal shall be communicated to the person/applicant concerned.
5. ADMISSION FEE & SUBSCRIPTION:The admission fee and the subscription shall be as under unless otherwise revised by the Governing body of the society.
6. Admission Fees of ₹ at the time of admission.
7. Subscription ₹ per month/year.
8. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
9. The Governing Body of the society shall have the powers to expel terminate a member or/and members from the membership of the above society, on the following grounds:
10. On Death,
11. On written resignation.
12. If found to be involved in any anti-social activities.
13. If adjudged by any court of law to be a criminal of fonder.
14. If found guilty by means of anti-propaganda of the Aims and Objects of the society.
15. If fails to pay the subscription of contribution for three months/years.
16. If his/her not attended three consecutive meetings.
17. If disregards Rules and Regulation or disobey the decisions of the Governing Body.
18. APEALS:
19. All the appeals should be referred to the General Body of the society, the decision of the General Body shall be final, the reason for rejection be communicated to the member concerned.

22. RE-ADMISSION:
23. In case of member is expelled by the general body, the same can be re-admitted, provided the member concerned pays all up to date dues. The decision of the general body shall be final.
24. GENERAL BODY DEFINE:
25. All the members of the society will constitute the general of the society.
26. FUNCTION OF GENERAL BODY:
27. To consider any business brought forwards by the Governing body.
28. General body meeting shall be held one in every year regularly.
29. The quorum of General body meeting shall be 2/3^rd of the total strength of the General body meeting of the society. Minimum “15” day notice shall be given to the members, before the date of general body meeting enclosing agenda specifying date, time and place to be discussed.
30. RIGHTS & PRIVILEGE OF THE MEMBERS:
31. All and every member of the society:-
32. Shall be entitled to participate in meetings, cultural/educational functions and other lawful gatherings, called/arranged by the society.
33. Have right to collect the Identify card after depositing the required prescribed fee (fixed by the governing body of the society from time to time)
34. DUTIES OF THE MEMBERS:
35. Elect the Governing Body of the society,
36. Attend the General body meeting regularly,
37. Give the necessary information to the society, pertaining to any matter which is necessary to be known by the society, not indulge in activities which are prejudicial to the Aims and Objects and/or the Rules and Regulation of the society.

44. GOVERNING BODY:
45. The strength of the governing body (including officer bearers and executive member) shall not be less than 7 and not more than 21.
46. Minimum 7 days’ notice shall be required for every Governing Body Meeting of the society but urgent governing body meeting can be called of the Governing body.
47. Quorum of every governing body meeting shall be 2/3^rd of the total strength of the Governing body.
48. Governing body meeting shall be held once in three/six months regularly, or as and when the Governing body of the society may decide from to time to time.
49. URGENT MEETING:
50. The Urgent Governing Body may be called the 24 hour notice but the quorum for the same urgent governing body meeting shall be 2/3^rd of the total strength of the Governing body.
51. FUNCTIONS & POWERS OF THE GOVERNING BODY:
52. Governing body shall be responsible for the management and administration of the affirm of the society, and is also authorizes to appoint and office bearers/executive member to look after any particular activity.
53. All the decision shall be taken by the majority votes.
54. The governing body shall have the powers as are the powers of these rules and regulations.
55. To prepare plans, projects and programs.

1. POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE OFFICE BEARERS:
2. PRESIDENT: Shall preside over all the meetings of the society.
3. At the time of voting on any matter/subject (except election), if the total votes of the groups of members happen to be equal in number, the president his/her the power to cast n extra vote to decide the matter/subject.
4. President shall have the power to allow inclusion of any subject/matter in the agenda for the discussion in the course of proceeding meeting.
5. President will sign all the papers/document/letter, on behalf of the society conduct its correspondences.
6. VICE-PRESIDENT: The Vice-president of the society shall enjoy all the powers of the president in his/her absence.
7. SECRETARY: Secretary will summon and attend the meeting of Governing body and General body.
8. TREASURE: All funds of society shall remain under the care and management of Treasurer.
9. Treasurer shall maintain the account of all money which is received and/or paid by him/her on behalf of the society.
10. Treasure shall make disbursement in accordance with the direction of Governing Body.
11. BILLING UP CASUAL VACANCIES:
12. Any casual vacancy amongst the Governing Body, such appointment shall confirmed by the General Body in its coming General Body Meeting.
13. ELECTION:
14. General body in the Annual Meeting will elect its president and all the office beware and also the Executive members of the Governing body after every FIVE years by secret ballot papers or by show hands as the election office may be decide.
15. SOURCES OF INCOME:
16. All the income of the society shall be utilized only for the promotion and upliftment of the Aims and objects of the society.
17. Admission Fees & Subscription from the members of the society donation and Special Contributions.
18. FINANCIAL YEAR:
19. Financial year of the society shall start from 1^st April to 31^st March every year.

23. AUDIT
24. The accounts of society shall be audited by the qualified auditor (Charted Accountant) every year.
25. MANAGEMENT OF FUNDS & ACCOUNTS OPERATION:
26. Bank account shall be operated by Joint Signature of Treasurer and any one out of the PRESIDENT and GENERAL SECRETARY.
27. ANNUAL LIST OF GOVERNING BODY:
28. Once in every a list of the Office-bearers and the executive members of the Governing body shall be field in the office of the Registrar of Societies Delhi. As it is required under section-4 of the Societies registration Act of 1860, as applicable to NCT of Delhi.
29. DISSOLUTION
30. If the society needs to be dissolved, it shall be dissolved as per provision laid down under the section 13 & 14 of the Societies Registration Act of 1860, us applicable to NCT of Delhi.
31. LEGAL PROCEEDING:
32. Society may sue and /or be sued in the name of the president as per provision laid down under section 6 of the Societies Registration act of 1860, as applicable to NCT of Delhi.
33. AMENDMENT:
34. Any amendment in memorandum, Rules and Regulation will be carried out in accordance with section 12 & 12A, of the Societies Registration act 1860, an applicable to NCT of Delhi.
35. APPLICATION OF THE ACT:
36. All the provision under all the section of the Societies Registration act of 1860, as applicable to NCT of Delhi, shall be applicable to this society.
