INTRODUCTION:
S.P. Memorial Shiksha Niketan Samiti Society is active since 2001, Society is working in India specially focus on North Eastern Region at Guwahati Assam having Own land 10 Acers along with creation of various Infrastructures in different subjects which is based for various programme of the region. The Organization is towards the fulfillment of its objectives through implementation of various Development programmed as well as SKILL TRAINING CENTRE AT MOUPUR SONAPUR DIMORIA BLOCK METRO KAMRUP DISTICT GUHWATI ASSAM -782402 UNDER THE MISSION AND VISION OF PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA & HAVING AFFILATION WITH CENTRAL GOVERNMENT & STATE GOVERNMENT AS WELL AS SEMI GOVERNMENT DULLY RECOGNISING TO OUR SOCIETY.
MISSION AND VISION OF THE SOCIETY
VISION:
To Intervene among backward and disadvantage communities by raising awareness and skill to make them enable for recognizing better opportunities offered by our great democratic nation and make them economically sustainable in their livelihood as well as skilled to the unemployment youth in the age group 15-35 years.
MISSION:
- Improving health and educational status for women and children.
- Improving economic status of ST/SC and weaker section of society through employment generation by way of making them skill and skill training along with liaison with financial institution for capital arrangement to the trained skill skill youth of the North Eastern Region of India.
- To institutionalize services in unorganized sector and introducing to them proven technologies and ideas thought for better living & met up on unemployment youth with employment.
- Conservation and management of natural resources through general public participation and help to make in India.
- Strengthening community, organization, Local bodies and Panchayti Raj Institutions for effective self-governance in Grass Root level for making better in India.
- Advocacy for Human rights and people initiative and Accountability, quality for social justice and judgment.

Memorial Shiksha Niketan Samiti is an non Profit Society was taking up various activities with different subjects including Rural Development programmer, for indigenous, seriocomic development, Agriculture and Horticulture schemes, Floorical, Cane and Bamboo, Food Items, Readymade Garments, Bakery Food Processing, Handicraft and Handloom, Tailoring, Computer and Operation IT Training, Embroidery, Dress Making, Carpenter, Electrician, Electronics, Bio Fertilizer, Photographic Training, Craft Centre, T.V., VCR and Radio Repairing Training, motor vehicle Driving Training, Mobile repairing, laptop Repairing, Training in Spray Painting and Denting, Training on Motor Winding and Fitting, Duct Insulator Training, Fire safety Training, Screen painting, Framework, fabric painting, Glass Painting, Sculpture, Pottery, Block Printing, Patch work, Jute bags, Candle making, Tie and Dye, Rope Sceneries, Welder, Pipe Fitter, Masons, Mechanic, Quality Control, Supervisor, Tin Embossing, Bead and Sequin Work, games and Sports, Yoga, Beautician etc. All those Programmer/ courses are undertaken through various training/mechanism Methodology along with its activities like capacity building, research studies and awareness on AIDS, rural health, Youth and Sports activities and Sarva Siksha, Social Amenities etc. Which recognizes the special needs and promise of the women in the country and provides for Youth friendly service for children’s especially of age group (15-35) to grow and develop into responsible citizens? Our Organization acts as monitors for homeless and socially backward prioritizing schedule castes/schedule tribe's providing tutoring and education classes etc in accordance necessity.
S.P. Memorial Shiksha Niketan Samiti is an Society and The Project in India focuses on women's development and empowerment. Volunteers provide assistance, education, and practical skills for disadvantaged women of India. By working to assist five different women's development, education, and training centre s, our volunteers make a strong, positive contribution to the quality of these women's lives. Our volunteers help disadvantaged women develop the pride and self-confidence they so often lack because of their difficult circumstances. Volunteers assist in many issues crucial to the lives of India's women: Training in Social & Practical work to make them skilled.
The Informal and formal education Drug addiction, Counseling centre’s Family issues in Health sector, Social Development, Education Development, to make aware to the rural people regarding Economics of their Livelihood and sustainable their lives accordingly Volunteers may also help with various tasks such as preparing and delivering project reports, designing and preparing training programs, and participation in various skill training activities, training sessions, and teaching programs at the centre.
S.P. Memorial Shiksha Niketan Samiti Society Volunteers Project in India presents massive, challenging tasks for those who want to help at-risk youth. Sadly, many young people in India today are addicted to drugs throughout the country especially In Delhi, Harayana, Uttar Pradesh accordingly many rehabilitation centre s are established even then North Eastern States has only one centre i.e. SP Memorial accordingly we work started with these young men and women to help them return to normal, productive lives. Through constructive counseling and training, rehabilitation programs like S.P. Memorial Shiksha Niketan Samiti Society help to re-integrate these young people into society as independent, self- sufficient individuals by giving them the social and working skills they need to become solid in the future.

Addicted youth are not the only beneficiaries' rehabilitation centre care. Separate rehabilitation centre s care for physical and mentally challenged children and adults have been making a: profound difference in the experience a normal life in India society. Here, too, volunteers make a profound difference in the lives of these challenged individuals. Many of the volunteers' tasks include counseling, teaching and, sharing practical skill such as sewing, woodworking, and candle making. As a volunteer in our rehabilitation project, you will share your time and talents with these marginalized people, helping them to a life of dignity and independence.
CHANGE IN THE STRATEGIC PLAN
The people of the area mainly farmers, earning their livelihood from cultivation of wheat, rice, potato and vegetables, animals husbandry, so provision for technology and technical support, custom hire services has been introduced.
Human Resource Development, education, training and health services child development has also been included in the strategic plan. Building, strengthening and supporting is also undertaken.
Keeping in the view main objectives of Samiti to develop the Socio-Economic and overall status of Rural people, following programme were implemented with the help limited financial resources available as following skill Training programme for 125 tribal student in Moupur, Nartap, Dimoria , Sonapur Kamrup metro of Assam. We have not received various kinds of grant through Government of India for implementation of the Project / Programme.
IMPLEMENTATION
The SP memorial Shiksha Niketan Samiti Having 50 Staff on Regular basis and 150 staff part-time basis engaged by the society at present and having tools and plant, vehicles are available with society and staff/volunteers as well as members who has got adequate knowledge education qualification experience in the field in technical and administrative setup to carry out various project by the society in different subjects whose qualification are in technical, administrative, judicial, planning, research, Survey Construction etc. find out thrust area for formulation of project for the benefit of Rural area people as well as weaker section and SC & ST community accordingly the project will be formulated and submitting to concern ministry/department/finance Institution for necessary implementation by the Samiti. Thus after sanctioning it the Samiti will plan with the staff meeting for necessary survey, collection of data, formulation of bar charts, and finance etc. to make successful of the programme with proper monitoring and evaluation with the effort of entire team of the Samiti. According the project and Programme will make success.
